Entegra Technologies, a Texas-based MSSP that offers managed security preparedness and resilience services, has changed its name to Vericlave.

The rebranding effort enables the company to improve its market position and broaden its solutions beyond the industrial controls sector, Chief Cybersecurity Officer and president Joel Bagnal said in a prepared statement.

Furthermore, Vericlave now offers the VeriPRO Enclaves encryption and autonomous key management solution.

What Is VeriPRO Enclaves?

VeriPRO Enclaves protects operational technology and information technology infrastructure across supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) networks, according to Vericlave. It leverages a mutual-simultaneous public key exchange to secure a communications link where a public key infrastructure has been pre-provisioned for a server and client.

Organizations can use VeriPRO Enclaves to deploy a cryptographic, identity-defined fabric overlay, or "enclave," that isolates and contains their critical data, Vericlave stated. The enclave is transparent on any existing network infrastructure supporting 802.3 compatible protocols and enables organizations to safeguard their data against cyberattacks.

Also, VeriPRO Enclaves boasts authentication and cryptography capabilities to prevent unauthorized network access, Vericlave indicated. It ensures secured networks are invisible to regular corporate network users outside enclaves and supports all Ethernet devices and network protocols.

VeriPRO Enclaves is available to organizations across all industries, and it can be adapted to any network architecture.

What Is Vericlave?

Vericlave offers a variety of managed security preparedness and resilience services, including:

  • Audits.

Cybersecurity Providers Embark on Rebranding Efforts

In addition to Entegra's rebranding as Vericlave, other cybersecurity providers recently have changed their names. These companies included:

MSSPs and other cybersecurity providers frequently search for ways to grow their revenues and extend their market reach. As such, these companies may continue to use name changes and other rebranding efforts to further distinguish themselves from the competition.
