Curricula Announces Security Awareness Partner Program for MSPs, MSSPs

Curricula has launched a channel partner program that lets MSPs, MSSPs and value-added resellers (VARs) offer security awareness training to their customers.

The program provides channel partners with access to Curricula's automation tools, the company said. Partners can use these tools to onboard customers, manage phishing simulations and implement security awareness programs.

Other features of Curricula's program include:

  • Ability to create custom training content
  • Access to community events
  • Automated reminders and training notifications
  • Compliance reporting
  • Directory integrations

The program includes three partner tiers and is backed by security awareness training experts, Curricula said. It comes after Curricula in January 2020 secured $3 million in funding from RCP Equity, a venture capital firm backed by former AppRiver executives Joel Smith and Kevin Hatch.

A Closer Look at Curricula's Security Awareness Training Platform

Curricula's platform lets organizations use short stories to teach their employees about a wide range of security awareness topics, including:

  • Browser security
  • Information security
  • Phishing attacks
  • Ransomware
  • Social engineering attacks

Each story focuses on a security awareness concept, why it is important and the risk it poses to an organization, Curricula stated. It is designed to be fun and memorable to keep employees engaged in security awareness training.

Along with security awareness stories, Curricula offers gamified phishing awareness training for employees. It lets organizations run, manage and report on employee phishing tests.
