eSentire MDR Gains CrowdStrike Endpoint Detection

eSentire, a Top 200 MSSP for 2019 and Top 20 managed detection and response (MDR) service provider, will integrate the CrowdStrike Falcon endpoint detection and response (EDR) and Falcon Prevent next-generation antivirus (NGAV) platforms into its MDR solution, the companies said. Also, eSentire will incorporate CrowdStrike's Falcon OverWatch human threat detection engine into its esENDPOINT endpoint protection solution.

eSentire and CrowdStrike together will enable organizations to use a single agent to extend and improve visibility across endpoint, network, log and cloud environments, the companies said. In doing so, organizations will be able to leverage eSentire and CrowdStrike cybersecurity capabilities to eliminate security blind spots.

The eSentire and CrowdStrike joint offerings are expected to be available early next year.
