Group-IB Unveils MSSP, MDR Partner Program

Group-IB, a Singapore-based threat hunting and cyber intelligence company, has announced an MSSP and managed detection and response (MDR) partner program.

The program lets channel partners integrate Group-IB's Threat Hunting Framework (THF) and Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) services into their portfolios, the company said. Partners can leverage these services to identify cybercriminals and detect, hunt and respond to cyber threats.

In addition, the program provides channel partners with a toolkit for threat detection, hunting and response, Group-IB noted. It also offers a "pay as you grow" model.

A Closer Look at THF and DFIR

THF is a platform that offers protection and remediation of threats across IT and OT segments, Group-IB said. It provides MSSPs and other channel partners with access to a single multi-tenant solution to detect internal and external threats and targeted cyberattacks.

MSSPs and other channel partners can use THF to detonate malicious payloads in a safe, isolated environment and extract related indicators of compromise and artifacts for threat hunting activities, Group-IB indicated. They also can leverage THF to gain insights into all infection vectors from email and hosts to supply chain attacks and manage their customers and solutions via a single convenient interface.

DFIR lets MSSPs and other channel partners reconstruct incident timelines and find out why cyberattacks occur and the level of employee involvement, Group-IB noted. This ensures partners can analyze the scope of a compromise, identify all affected devices and tailor their incident response accordingly.

What Is Group-IB?

Group-IB is a partner of INTERPOL and Europol. It offers cybersecurity solutions for detection and prevention of cyberattacks and online fraud.

Also, Group-IB specializes in cyber investigations and IP protection services. It has 17 years of experience in cybercrime investigations and provided at least 65,000 hours of cybersecurity incident response support.
