Infosys, Palo Alto Networks Partner for Network Security Solutions

Infosys, which has a Top 250 MSSP business unit, and Palo Alto Networks are working together to provide network security solutions to global organizations. The network security solutions will be delivered through Infosys’ global network of security operations centers (SOCs), the companies said.

In addition, Infosys and Palo Alto Networks are providing a single unified platform to help organizations secure their hybrid cloud infrastructure, the companies noted. The platform combines secure access service edge (SASE) and zero trust security capabilities.

Infosys and Palo Alto Networks also will offer next-generation security services and platform-based managed services, according to the companies. Organizations will be able to use these services to protect their end-users, applications and traffic and generate insights into their public, private and hybrid clouds.

Furthermore, Infosys has trained cybersecurity professionals across multiple technologies, including solutions offered by Palo Alto Networks, the company pointed out. That way, these professionals can help organizations use Infosys and Palo Alto Networks technologies to improve their security posture and safeguard their network users, applications and devices against cyberattacks.

Moreover, Palo Alto Networks has been making a partner push that includes an XMDR partner specialization as well as new multi-tenancy capabilities for MSPs.

In a May 2022 earnings call, Palo Alto Networks CEO Nikesh Arora mentioned key partner opportunities involving the Cortex Xpanse and Cortex Extended Security Intelligence & Automation Management (XSIAM) businesses.

Meanwhile, Infosys continues to grow both organically and through these acquisitions.
