Dunsworth will lead Nuspire's business operations and overall growth strategy, the company said. He also will help Nuspire explore opportunities in new markets and expand its service portfolio.

Prior to joining Nuspire, Dunsworth held executive roles at Herjavec Group and Optiv, both of which were named Top 200 MSSPs for 2019.

Dunsworth most recently served as CISO and EVP of global security services at Herjavec Group. He also has served as CISO at tax preparation company H&R Block and SVP of advisory services at Optiv.

What Does the Dunsworth Hire Mean for Nuspire?

The Dunsworth hire is one of several recent moves that could help Nuspire accelerate its managed security services market growth.

Nuspire in October 2019 incorporated endpoint protection capabilities into its Managed Endpoint service. In doing so, Managed Endpoint users can leverage the SentinelOne endpoint security platform to block threats across business endpoints.

In addition, Nuspire in April 2019 acquired MSSP GBprotect. The GBprotect acquisition supports Nuspire's mission to deliver managed services across customers' gateway, network and endpoint ecosystems, the companies said.
