Palo Alto Networks SASE Solution Gains Multi-Tenancy for MSPs

Palo Alto Networks has unveiled a hierarchical multi-tenant cloud management portal, open API framework and other upgrades for its Prisma SASE solution for MSPs.

The result? MSPs gain granular, role-based access control (essentially, a single pane of glass) to manage customers' SASE services lifecycle. Moreover, MSPs can:

  • Integrate Prisma SASE with backend infrastructure;
  • automate day 0 and day 1 workflows; and
  • gan insights into SD-WAN and network security metrics, Palo Alto Networks noted.

The MSP-centric capabilities amid strong SASE (Secure Access Service Edge) market demand from customers. Indeed, the global SASE market will reach $5.4 billion by 2027 -- up from $2.7 billion in 2020. That's a 10.4 percent compound annual growth rate, according to

Palo Alto Networks: SIEM and Partner Milestones

The SASE-for-MSP announcement surfaces the same month at Palo Alto Networks announced XSIAM -- which is seeking to disrupt the SIEM software market.

Meanwhile, Palo Alto Networks has been making a partner push. The company in November 2021 introduced a new XMDR partner specialization and continues to explore MSP and MSSP partnership opportunities.
