Credit: Trustwave

Trustwave, a Top 250 MSSP owned by telecommunications company Singtel, has launched a global Referral Partner Program to help resellers integrate its security solutions into their portfolios, according to the company.

The Referral Partner Program provides Trustwave partners with increased profit opportunities and tools and resources, the company stated. In doing so, the program helps resellers deliver Trustwave security solutions with limited investment.

How Does Trustwave Work with Resellers?

Along with its Referral Partner Program, Trustwave offers the PartnerOne global partner program to resellers, MSPs and distributors. PartnerOne provides partners with access to technical, sales, marketing and support enablement tools and resources, including:

  • Market development funds
  • Knowledge base
  • Deal registration
  • Co-branded collateral

Customer bookings by Trustwave partners have more than tripled in the past year, VP of global partners Suzanne Swanson stated. Trustwave also continues to explore ways to support its partners and ensure they can leverage security tools and knowledge to help their customers assess, identify and combat cyber threats.

Trustwave Appoints Eric Harmon As Its New CEO

In addition to launching its Referral Partner Program, Trustwave in November 2020 named Eric Harmon as its CEO. Harmon previously was an advisor to Trustwave's SecureTrust security and compliance solutions division and succeeds Art Wong, who stepped down after serving as CEO since 2018.

Trustwave offers managed security services, consulting and professional services and data protection technology to customers in 96 countries. It also employs at least 2,000 cybersecurity professionals and has established partnerships with FireEye, Check Point Software Technologies and other cybersecurity providers.
