8. New York Investigates Facebook: New York Governor Andrew Cuomo on Friday ordered two state agencies to investigate a media report that Facebook may be accessing far more personal information than previously known from smartphone users, including health and other sensitive data, Reuters notes.
7. Printer Security Breaches: Fully 60 percent of businesses in the UK, US, France, and Germany suffered a print-related data breach in the last year. The data loss related to these breaches costs companies an average of more than $400,000, according to Quocirca's Global Print Security Report.
6. Intuit Data Breach: Intuit has disclosed a "stuffing" attack that led to a data breach, the TurboTax software maker has disclosed in a breach notification.
5. UConn Health Data Breach: UConn Health is warning patients about a data breach that could impact more than 300,000 people, NBC News reports.

3. SIEM Momentum: -- LogPoint, a SIEM and Big Data Analytics company, generated annual recurring revenue (ARR) sales growth of 70 percent in 2018, and gained roughly 200 new customers during the year, the company says.
