SIEM: ManageEngine Log360 Gains AWS, Azure Cloud Log Management
ManageEngine, a provider of IT operations and service management software, has incorporated log management capabilities for Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure cloud environments into its Log360 security information and event management (SIEM) solution.
In addition, Log360 now includes an incident management system that allows security administrators to track network incidents with built-in ticketing, according to ManageEngine.
Log360 ensures security admins can track critical user activities, configuration changes, security group changes and business-critical applications across physical, public cloud and virtual platforms, ManageEngine stated.
Security admins can use Log360 to manage and audit log data from AWS and Azure with pre-defined reports and alert profiles, ManageEngine said. They also can collect, analyze, search and archive logs from AWS and Azure, ManageEngine noted, to gain insights into activity on critical cloud resources.
Moreover, Log360’s incident management system helps security admins monitor, manage and resolve security incidents, ManageEngine said in a prepared statement.
ManageEngine indicated the system empowers security admins to:
- Track the entire incident resolution process.
- Add resolution notes to every incident.
- Centralize their ticketing system.
ManageEngine is showcasing its Log360 upgrades at this week’s Gulf Information Security Expo & Conference in Dubai.
What Is Log360?
Log360 is a network security solution that combines several ManageEngine products, including:
- ADAudit Plus: Provides a real-time, web-based Active Directory (AD) change auditing and reporting solution.
- Cloud Security Plus: Offers visibility into AWS and Azure infrastructure.
- EventLog Analyzer: Automates the process of managing machine-generated logs.
Log360 offers a single console to help security admins manage network security, AD auditing and public cloud security, according to ManageEngine.
As such, Log360 serves as a “one-stop solution for all log management and network security challenges,” ManageEngine said.

ManageEngine is the IT management division of Zoho Corp. It provides over 90 IT management products and free tools across network and device management, security and service desk software.
Currently, ManageEngine boasts more than 4,000 employees and “prioritizes flexible solutions that work for all businesses, regardless of size or budget,” the company said in a prepared statement.
