CyberArk Partners with Forescout, Phosphorous for IoT Security

CyberArk has integrated its privileged access management (PAM) platform with cybersecurity solutions from Forescout and Phosphorous, according to a prepared statement. The integrations enable CyberArk customers to use Forescout and Phosphorous cybersecurity capabilities to secure their Internet of Things (IoT) devices.

The Forescout integration enables CyberArk customers to continuously discover IoT assets as they are added to a network, the companies noted. Meanwhile, CyberArk customers can leverage the Phosphorus Enterprise Solution to assess each IoT asset, assign a risk level to it and remediate firmware vulnerabilities.

In addition, organizations can use CyberArk’s Forescout and Phosphorous integrations to maintain an up-to-date inventory of their IoT assets and assess their network to ensure that patches are pushed and weak or default credentials do not remain in use, the company said. The integrations also provide visibility into IoT networks, so organizations can manage, secure and monitor the credentials used to access their IoT devices and reduce their attack surface.

The Forescout and Phosphorous integrations are now available for the CyberArk Privileged Access Security Solution via the CyberArk Marketplace.
