MSSP Arbala Embraces GuardiCore, Upgrades MDR Service

Arbala Systems, an MSSP, has joined the GuardiCore Partner Program and integrated the GuardiCore Centra Security Platform into its managed detection and response (MDR) service, according to a prepared statement.

The GuardiCore Centra Security Platform provides security visibility, micro-segmentation and real-time breach detection and response capabilities, the company said. As such, the platform enables Arbala to prevent lateral movement and enforce security policies across any hybrid multi-cloud architecture.

Arbala's MDR service leverages advanced analytics and threat intelligence to provide real-time threat detection, investigation and response, the company stated. It also is supported by Arbala security analysts who perform security event investigations.

With the Arbala MDR service, security analysts gather and analyze an organization's network activity, disk access and server logs and apply advanced analytics, the company indicated. If these analysts verify an incident is a true threat, they will execute a customized incident action plan (IAP) to address the issue.

Arbala, enSilo Announce Partnership

In addition to its GuardiCore pact, Arbala last month integrated the enSilo Endpoint Security Platform into its MDR portfolio.

The enSilo integration enables Arbala to automate and orchestrate detection, prevention, data protection and real-time response against advanced malware and ransomware attacks, according to the companies. It also could help Arbala capitalize on an endpoint security market that is expected to grow.

Global endpoint security market revenues are projected to increase at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 8.4 percent between 2015 and 2020, industry analyst MarketsandMarkets stated. As a result, these revenues could total nearly $17.4 billion by 2020.
