RedSeal Unveils Remote Administrator Network Security Service
RedSeal, a cybersecurity analytics platform provider, has launched a managed service for network situational awareness.
The RedSeal Remote Administrator managed service now offers a single model of an organization’s private and public clouds, physical assets and other network environments, according to a prepared statement. A security team then can use this model to evaluate an organization’s security posture and speed up threat detection, investigation and response.
Furthermore, Remote Administrator provides access to a dedicated network security engineer who maintains and administers RedSeal’s network modeling and risk scoring platform, the company said. This engineer also performs a daily review of an organization’s network model, creates reports and keeps a Remote Administrator deployment up to date.
Remote Administrator is now available. Organizations require network access via a virtual private network (VPN) and jump box to use the service.
RedSeal Updates Its Channel Partner Program
In addition to its Remote Administrator launch, RedSeal in April added on-demand training modules, pre-packaged sales playbooks and access to deal registration and market development funds to its channel partner program.
RedSeal’s channel partner program enables MSSPs, managed service providers (MSPs) and solution providers to offer the company’s cybersecurity analytics platform to customers, the company said. That way, channel partners can leverage the RedSeal platform to validate and enhance the resilience of their customers’ network infrastructure, accelerate their response to cyber incidents and help their network and security teams become more productive than ever before.
A Closer Look at the RedSeal Platform
RedSeal’s network modeling and risk scoring platform models an organization’s hybrid data center of public cloud, private cloud and physical networks, according to the company. By doing so, the platform enables organizations to validate their security policies and prioritize security issues to protect their digital and physical assets.
The RedSeal platform also calculates a Digital Resilience Score for an organization’s network, the company indicated. This score helps an organization measure, benchmark and set network security targets.
RedSeal was founded in 2004 and partners with network infrastructure suppliers. The company today offers network security solutions to more than 220 corporations and government agencies worldwide.
