Marlabs (a digital transformation frameworks provider) and LIFARS (a digital forensics and cyber resiliency services firm) are partnering to deliver a security operations center (SOC) response service.
The companies have launched SOC+, a joint service that provides organizations with SOC, threat hunting, incident response and forensic investigation capabilities.
SOC+ allows organizations to collect forensic evidence to investigate cyberattacks, the companies said. By doing so, it enables organizations to identify, contain and eliminate cyber threats and analyze the impact of data breaches.
In addition, SOC+ helps organizations keep pace with evolving cyber threats, the companies indicated. It also ensures that organizations can quickly detect, respond to and remediate critical incidents.

Demand for Managed SOC Services Could Increase
SOC+ is one of several managed SOC services that could help organizations protect their critical data and assets against cyber threats.
NTT Communications this month integrated the Seceon Open Threat Management (OTM) platform into its information and communications technology (ICT) solution. NTT now leverages OTM to provide an artificial intelligence-security operations center (AI-SOC) service.
Also, security solutions provider Radiflow in April partnered with the cybersecurity division of Israeli electrical engineering firm Yanai Engineering to deliver managed SOC services. MSSPs can access an operational technology (OT) SOC tool kit that combines Radiflow's industrial cybersecurity solutions with Yanai's methodology for integrating operational engineering with cybersecurity tools.
