Koehnecke possesses more than two decades of cybersecurity sales and sales engineering experience. He most recently served as VP of sales for the Americas division at Israeli MSSP CyberInt.

Furthermore, Koehnecke previously worked as VP of sales at Optiv Security and regional director of AT&T's networking integration and cybersecurity solutions business. He led the integration and growth of Optiv's Fishnet Security and Accuvant merger from revenues of $800 million to $2.5 billion in four years and helped grow AT&T's networking integration and cybersecurity solutions business revenues from $100 million to $1.5 billion.

Take a closer look at that resume, folks. Koehnecke is one of the rare executives who has worked for four different companies that landed on our Top 100 MSSP List:

  • AT&T
  • CyberInt
  • Foresite
  • Optiv

In a word: Impressive.

What Does the Koehnecke Hire Mean for Foresite?

The Koehnecke hire could help Foresite boost its sales and grow its ProVision Security Suite partner ecosystem.

ProVision offers a cloud-based platform that provides visibility into an organization's logs and security efforts, Foresite noted. The platform's features include:

  • Alert management.
  • Analytics.
  • Asset management.
  • Custom dashboards.
  • Ticket management.

Foresite's channel partner program enables managed service providers (MSPs), systems integrators (SIs) and value-added resellers (VARs) to integrate ProVision into their portfolios. It also provides Foresite partners with access to white-labeling and joint promotional opportunities and educational tools and resources.

Foresite Adds Venture Capital Funding, Unveils ConnectWise Manage Integrations

In addition to the Koehnecke hire, Foresite last month secured venture capital funding from Elsewhere Partners. Foresite will use the funding to drive organizational growth, marketing development, sales, geographic expansion and product development.

Foresite also unveiled ConnectWise Manage integrations for MSPs in October 2018. These integrations enable ConnectWise MSPs to use ProVision and resell Foresite's cyber testing, compliance assessments and audits and incident response offerings.
