5. Identity & Access Management: Workato now integrates with Okta, delivering a no-code platform for IAM (Identity and Access Management) workflows and automations across enterprises.
4. M&A: Inside Secure has acquired Meontrust, a Finland-based cybersecurity emerging-growth company, in an all-cash cash transaction of up to 5 million euro (about US$5.97 million). Meontrust develops MePIN, an authentication, identification and authorization technology for the financial, insurance, retail and telecom markets.
3. M&A: Forcepoint has acquired Redowl, which specializes in security analytics. We'll share more thoughts soon.
2. M&A: SolarWinds MSP has acquired SpamExperts B.V., a provider of email security solutions deployed in the cloud or on-premises, with services for incoming (spam and virus) filtering, outgoing filtering, and email archiving. We'll share more details soon.
