10. Distribution: Synnex has agreed to distribute Lastline's AI-powered network security solutions in North America.

9. California Privacy Law: A California State Assembly bill introduced Thursday would require businesses to tell consumers when passport numbers, green cards or biometric information, like fingerprints, facial recognition or retina scans, has been exposed, Law360 reports.

8. Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Security: Netskope has introduced continuous security assessment and monitoring capabilities for Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

7. Partner Program: Comodo Cybersecurity, which specializes in threat intelligence and malware cyber defense, has rolled out the Comodo Cybersecurity Partner Program.

6. Partnership: OrionVM, an IaaS provider has partnered with WatchGuard Technologies for network security solutions. Channel partners can now "easily add a competitive layer of security to virtual instances," the companies say.

5. Partnership - Government Vertical: NikSoft Systems Corporation (NikSoft) will leverage TrustWave's managed security services to help safeguard federal, state and local government agencies.

4. M&A: Entrust Datacard, a provider of trusted identity and secure issuance technology solutions, is acquiring nCipher Security from Thales. nCipher is a General Purpose Hardware Security Module (GP HSM) business. Thales is selling nCipher to gain regulatory approval for its previously-announced acquisition of Gemalto.

3. IAM Part One: ICSynergy, a systems integrator for Fortune 2000 and public sector customers, has embraced OneLogin for Unified Access Management. ICSynergy will promote UAM to help ensure customers have secure access to on-premises and cloud applications.

2. IAM Part Two: Ping Identity has enhanced its Technology Alliance and Channel Programs with new services -- including a new online partner directory, app integrations catalog, education and training services, on-demand resources, and enhanced services designed to improve partner products and drive business, the company says.
