1. MDR and SOAR: Secure Cyber Defense has partnered with Fortinet to add FortiSOAR to its offerings. The result: Secure Cyber Defense has expanded its services to include orchestration and automation for managed detection and response customers, enterprise SOAR implementation, and to support its Incident Response and digital forensic services, the MSSP says.

2. Endpoint Security for MSSPs: Seventh Knight has launched AppMoat360, a unified endpoint management (UEM) security solution that works with IBM's MaaS360 technology. MSSPs can leverage the solution to protect enterprise network customers from Ransomware and Zero Day attacks, though Seventh Knight also has a direct sales effort.

3. Distribution - Benelux Region: Prianto has agreed to distribute AppGuard's malware disruption technology to the Benelux region.

4. Data Loss Prevention (DLP): Digital Guardian has launched  a DLP-as-a-service solution available exclusively through channel partners for midmarket enterprises across North America.

5. Partner Program - Risk Management: Code42 has unveiled the Accelerate channel partner program.  Faraz Siraj, VP of channel sales at Code42, is leading the effort.

6. Talent - Chief Security Officer: Lumen (formerly CenturyLink) has hired Jason Lish as chief security officer. His role spans physical security, emergency preparedness, fraud management, government security services, and corporate cybersecurity. Lish previously held key posts at Advisor Group, Alight Solutions, Charles Schwab and Honeywell International.
