1. Security M&A - Booz Allen-Everwatch Deal Status: A federal judge in Maryland ruled against the Justice Department's effort to block Booz Allen Hamilton's planned $440 million acquisition of fellow government technology services company EverWatch on antitrust grounds, Washington Technology reported.

2. Partnership - XDR: Red Canary has achieved Microsoft verified Managed Extended Detection and Response (MXDR) solution status. The status essentially means Red Canary's MXDR services integrate with the Microsoft Security platform.

3. Partner Program: SolCyber, a Forgepoint Capital company, has launched the Howdy Partner program. The program allows MSPs to leverage s SolCyber’s Foundational Coverage services platform.
