6. Cyber Insurance - Warren Buffett vs. Chubb: Buffett raised key questions about the cyber insurance market last month. Fast forward to present day, and Chubb CEO Evan Greenberg says he disagrees with Buffet. Greenberg said cyber risk is insurable and that “Chubb is a large writer” of the coverage, according to this report.
5. Cyber Insurance Market Growth: Cyber insurance premiums have seen the most significant growth over the past five years, at 23% annually, compared with other types of coverages, Aon P.L.C. said Thursday, according to Business Insurance. By 2021, cyber will generate worldwide premiums of $4 billion, with a compound growth rate of 14.1%, said the brokerage, the Business Insurance report said.
4. Talent - IAM : Identity management solutions provider ForgeRock has hired Symantec veteran Francis (Fran) C. Rosch as CEO.
