The SOCSoter cybersecurity platform for MSPs and SMB customers now supports Nodeware -- a vulnerability management solution from IGI CyberLabs. The integration allows SOCSoter to help MSPs and SMBs close security gaps more rapidly, the companies indicated.

Nodeware's software supports continuous scanning, new device alerts, dynamic asset discovery, reporting and compliance mandates. SOCSoter, by contrast, blends MDR (managed detection and response), cloud monitoring and endpoint security for SMB channel partners. The company also has a U.S.-based Managed Security Operations Center (SOC) that supports MSPs in the SMB sector.

In addition to monthly subscription services, SOCSoter offers various professional services. For example, SOCSoter offers compliance and vulnerability assessments as well as penetration testing.

The Nodeware integration comes after SOCSoter in January 2021 integrated U.S. Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) indicators of compromise (IOCs) into its managed cloud monitoring tool for MSPs.

SOCSoter added CISA IOCs to its managed cloud monitoring tool in response to cybercriminals allegedly weaponizing SolarWinds Orion business updates to distribute SUNBURST malware. With the integration, MSPs can use this tool to provide continuous coverage of malicious activity across their customers' Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, the company said.
