Legislation Seeks to Repeal U.S. Patriot Act, Limit Domestic Spying
A bipartisan bill could repeal both the Patriot Act & the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Amendments Act (FISA) of 2008, which allow the federal government to spy on people without warrants and probable cause.
