ManageEngine, the enterprise IT management division of Zoho, has launched Endpoint Central MSP Cloud, a new product that "brings cloud advantages to the automation of everyday management and security tasks," according to the company.

Endpoint Central MSP Cloud is now available, and MSPs that migrate from the on-premises version of Endpoint Central MSP to Endpoint Central MSP Cloud can receive a free one-year license for up to 250 devices.

In addition, the Endpoint Central MSP Cloud release marks the completion of the first stage of ManageEngine's vision of providing a unified platform for MSPs, the company said.

What ManageEngine Endpoint Central MSP Cloud Offers

Endpoint Central MSP Cloud delivers remote monitoring and management (RMM) for endpoints, ensuring MSPs can automate their management and security tasks and be available to help customers with their real-time requirements, ManageEngine Vice President Mathivanan Venkatachalam said.

Also, Endpoint Central MSP Cloud allows MSPs to "focus on addressing their clients' IT challenges and growing their businesses without the worry of operational complexities," Venkatachalam noted.

Key features of Endpoint Central MSP Cloud include:

  • Support for various devices and operating systems
  • Single agent that supports capabilities across device management, security and compliance
  • Remote access and troubleshooting without the need for additional setup or agents
  • Third-party patch automation across many device types and environments
  • Third-party integrations and an API ecosystem to promote interoperability with MSPs' existing technology stacks

ManageEngine Upgrades Its Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) Solution

The Endpoint Central MSP Cloud launch comes after ManageEngine in October 2023 added a next-generation antivirus (NGAV) capability to its Endpoint Central UEM solution.

Endpoint Central's NGAV utilizes a deep learning model, neural networks and behavioral detection to help organizations identify known and unknown threats, ManageEngine said. It allows organizations to monitor, analyze and remediate workflows across their devices and address loopholes that go unaddressed by many traditional AV solutions.

ManageEngine offers IT management and security tools that MSPs can use to optimize the performance of IT infrastructure. The company also provides the ManageEngine MSP suite, which consists of identity and access management (IAM), RMM, professional service automation and cybersecurity services.
