ConnectWise Updates SIEM and Endpoint Tools for MSPs/MSSPs

The end of legacy SIEMs

At its annual IT Nation Secure event, ConnectWise rolled out new offerings aimed at helping MSPs tackle security demands with limited resources, reports Channel Futures. Central to this launch is the updated ConnectWise SIEM, designed to consolidate log management, threat detection, and response capabilities into a single platform. The solution targets reduced complexity and faster detection to improve overall operational efficiency for MSPs managing multiple client environments.

In collaboration with Microsoft and Pax8, ConnectWise also introduced a bundled endpoint management and security solution for Microsoft 365 environments. This package integrates remote monitoring and management, managed detection and response, backup, and unified dashboards. Available through the Pax8 marketplace, it is intended to streamline provisioning, procurement, and billing, allowing MSPs to deliver managed security with less operational burden.

Two additional updates were announced: PSA powered by Asio and the new ConnectWise Pro licensing model. The PSA enhancements aim to improve workflow experiences for service desk and finance teams. Meanwhile, ConnectWise Pro changes how MSPs consume and license software, offering unified packaging and flexible pricing aligned with MSP business models.

These updates reflect direct feedback from the MSP community, emphasizing ease of deployment, reduced tool sprawl, and better cost control. With automation and AI enhancements embedded across platforms, ConnectWise is positioning its suite to help MSPs scale services, improve security outcomes, and maintain profitability amid rising demands.
