CYFIRMA Updates DeCYFIR Platform

CYFIRMA has released DeCYFIR 4.0, an update to its external threat landscape management platform focused on earlier identification and disruption of cyber risk. The release brings multiple threat intelligence, exposure management, training, and deception capabilities into a single platform, reflecting a broader shift toward preemptive security operations rather than reactive response.

DeCYFIR 4.0 is built around a nine-pillar architecture that covers attack surface discovery, vulnerability intelligence, brand and identity exposure, third-party risk, and situational awareness, alongside predictive threat intelligence. The platform is designed to help organizations correlate external signals and prioritize risks based on likely attacker behavior, rather than treating each risk domain as a separate workflow.

One of the additions in this release is threat-adaptive awareness and training, which ties security training to live threat intelligence. Training scenarios are updated based on active adversary techniques, with the goal of keeping employee awareness aligned with current attack patterns rather than relying on static simulations. This approach is intended to reduce exposure linked to human error by making training more contextual and timely.

The platform also expands its use of deception through sector-specific decoys tailored to industries such as healthcare, finance, government, and critical infrastructure.
