EchoStor Expands Northeast Presence With CyberNorth Acquisition

EchoStor Technologies is acquiring CyberNorth, an IT solutions provider focused on enterprise and public sector clients. The deal deepens EchoStor’s expertise in data protection, infrastructure, and cloud services while strengthening its local reach.

While EchoStor will continue to operate from its Norwood, Massachusetts headquarters, CyberNorth’s offices will remain active to ensure regional continuity. All CyberNorth employees will join EchoStor, preserving the technical expertise and customer relationships that have been central to both companies’ growth. CyberNorth President Jeremy Lombardo will take on the role of President at the unified organization, ensuring leadership continuity during the transition.
