Furl Raises $10M Seed to Focus Security on Remediation

Furl has raised a $10 million Seed round led by Ten Eleven Ventures, with participation from Rapid7 CEO Corey Thomas and Open Opportunity Fund. The Los Angeles–based startup was founded by operators from Rapid7, Automox, and Censys, and is aimed squarely at a persistent gap in security programs: turning findings into completed fixes.

Most enterprise security teams have made progress on detection and prioritization, but remediation remains slow and uneven. Vulnerability queues continue to grow, while misconfigurations, failed installs, and policy drift linger across endpoints and servers. The result is a steady accumulation of known risk that teams understand but struggle to clear, largely because execution still depends on manual handoffs between Security and IT.

Furl is built to handle that execution layer. The platform ingests findings from existing security and IT tools, gathers system context directly from endpoints and servers, and carries out remediation actions with validation built in. Rather than creating more tickets or dashboards, it focuses on doing the work required to resolve issues, reducing the operational drag that often stalls remediation efforts.

The new funding will be used to expand platform capabilities, broaden operating system support, and tackle more complex, multi-step remediation workflows. As Furl moves toward wider availability, the company is positioning itself as infrastructure for closing remediation backlogs and shortening time to fix, without forcing teams to retool their existing security environments.
