MSP Process acquires Triggr to enhance automation capabilities

MSP Process has acquired Triggr and its security-awareness product Phishr, integrating Triggr’s automation features into MSP Process’s existing platform. This move is driven by the belief that automation is the next significant opportunity for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to handle entire service requests, as first reported by CRN.

The acquisition aims to bolster MSP Process's communication, identity verification, and workflow platform by incorporating Triggr's automation capabilities. This integration allows MSPs to streamline processes from ticket intake to resolution without manual technician intervention, addressing a gap in autonomous task execution. Triggr's technology enables automated workflows for tasks like new user onboarding and license management, which previously required multiple manual steps.

This automation is expected to free up technician time, allowing MSPs to focus on acquiring new business and improving their EBITDA. The acquisition also aligns with MSP Process's strategy to reduce the number of vendors MSPs need to manage and to consolidate data for more effective AI and automation. New features like Call Scribe and Schedule Assist are also in development to further enhance data collection and workflow automation within MSPs.
