NinjaOne is expanding its commitment to managed service providers by increasing investments in its IT management platform and launching a revamped partner program, according to CRN.

The Austin, Texas-based vendor, which recently surpassed $600 million in annual recurring revenue, plans to accelerate product development and increase its channel budget by two to three times. CEO Sal Sferlazza stated the company intends to hire about 1,000 employees in 2027, with several hundred roles dedicated to research and development. The strategy focuses on helping partners navigate artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and co-managed IT services. NinjaOne aims to provide tools that allow providers to consolidate their technology stacks, enabling them to manage more endpoints with fewer technicians.

Rather than relying on acquisitions, the company plans to build new capabilities directly into its existing platform. Sferlazza emphasized that the firm is prioritizing security and practical business outcomes over market trends. As the company scales, it intends to maintain its innovation pace while expanding into new international markets, including Japan, Latin America, and other parts of Asia. The company will also introduce new partner peer groups and training initiatives to help smaller providers improve their sales and go-to-market strategies.
