NinjaOne is deepening its strategy to provide managed service providers (MSPs) with a more unified platform, integrating various tools to enhance operational efficiency, increase deal value, and improve customer relationships, according to CRN.NinjaOne is expanding its platform by integrating vulnerability management directly into its remote monitoring and management (RMM) solution. This move, along with the full integration of backup capabilities from its recent acquisition of Dropsuite, allows MSPs to manage endpoint, SaaS, and other backup workloads from a single interface. This consolidation aims to eliminate the need for MSPs to switch between multiple platforms for managing client IT environments. The company is also enhancing its government security credentials, working towards FedRAMP High authorization for SaaS backups, building on its existing FedRAMP Moderate authorization. This strategy is designed to help MSPs evolve from IT providers to trusted advisors and educators for their clients. The expansion includes a deeper partner program focused on operational maturity and sales enablement, with plans for vendor-neutral peer groups. Partners see benefits in consolidating tools, reducing vendor footprint, and improving negotiation power. NinjaOne is also preparing for its first industry conference, MSP NXT, in October.Source: CRN
