TierPoint has launched the Adapt Platform, a suite of managed security services designed to help clients strengthen their defense posture. At the center of the offering is Adapt MDR, a managed detection and response service that blends AI-driven analytics with 24/7 human monitoring. The solution comes with a 15-minute response SLA and has already been proven in TierPoint’s own data centers for several years.

Adapt MDR is positioned as more than another detection tool. It applies machine learning to sift through global threat data, reduce noise, and flag the most critical risks for TierPoint’s SOC analysts. This combination is meant to shorten detection and response cycles while keeping teams focused on actionable threats rather than routine alerts.

The new platform goes beyond MDR, bundling a range of complementary services such as advanced firewalls, antivirus, multifactor authentication, and threat hunting. By integrating these capabilities into a single framework, TierPoint aims to give customers a more complete security foundation without the complexity of managing multiple vendors or tools.

Early adopters, including transportation and logistics company TOTE Group, report that the platform has improved their ability to focus on true threats while relying on TierPoint’s expertise for continuous monitoring and escalation.
