WatchGuard and Halo Link Security Ops to PSA Workflows

WatchGuard and Halo have partnered to bring security operations directly into the PSA layer, connecting WatchGuard Cloud with HaloPSA. The integration places security monitoring, ticketing, provisioning, and billing into a single workflow inside the PSA, where MSP teams already spend most of their time. The goal is straightforward: reduce the operational drag that comes from switching between tools while managing security events.

The integration allows security alerts and license signals from WatchGuard to automatically trigger tickets and workflows in HaloPSA. That connection also carries through to billing, where verified asset and entitlement data help align contracts and recurring charges. For MSPs juggling multiple clients and services, this tight linkage between operations and billing reduces gaps that often lead to missed revenue or manual reconciliation work.

This move also speaks to how MSP workflows are evolving. Security is no longer handled in isolation from service delivery systems. By embedding security context directly into the PSA, technicians can respond with full visibility into devices, licenses, and events without leaving their primary workspace. That cuts down response times and removes some of the friction that slows down day-to-day operations.

For MSPs, the impact goes beyond efficiency. As security services expand across endpoint, identity, and network layers, managing them consistently across customers becomes harder. Integrations like this bring those layers together inside a system of record, making it easier to standardize delivery, scale services, and keep operations aligned with how revenue is tracked and reported.
