Siemplify Launches Cloud-Native SOAR for MSSPs

Siemplify has unveiled Siemplify Cloud, a cloud-native security orchestration, automation and response (SOAR) platform designed to help MSSPs and businesses safeguard hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

MSSPs and other organizations can use Siemplify Cloud in combination with cloud threat detection technologies, traditional detection tools and on-premises tools, the company stated. As such, Siemplify Cloud helps organizations streamline SOAR platform deployment, maintenance and management.

Four Siemplify Cloud packages are available:

  • Essentials: Includes pre-packaged use cases and enables security operations teams to build custom playbooks.
  • Professional: Offers unlimited alert volume, playbook creation and access to a dedicated customer success manager.
  • Enterprise: Provides advanced security capabilities, including crisis management, business intelligence and 24/7 support.
  • Service Provider: Includes unlimited multi-tenancy, secure remote connectivity to customer sites and a customer portal for visibility into managed operations.

All Siemplify Cloud versions leverage the company's use case marketplace, the company stated. That way, MSSPs and other organizations can leverage use cases to address specific security challenges and access associated playbooks, integrations and data.

Siemplify Partner Strategy

Siemplify Cloud surfaces nearly one year after the SOAR software provider hired Red Hat, Docker and IBM veteran Roger Egan as VP of global sales. He has since moved up to an executive VP post.

Ahead of the coronavirus pandemic, Egan was active at cybersecurity conferences and trade shows -- meeting with MSSP Alert and cybersecurity partners worldwide.
