SparkCognition now provides its DeepArmor endpoint security solution to Lenovo small and medium-sized business (SMB) customers, according to a prepared statement. DeepArmor is available via the Lenovo Vantage for SMB application.
DeepArmor is an artificial intelligence-based cybersecurity solution designed to help organizations improve their security posture, SparkCognition stated. The solution protects organizations against ransomware, viruses, malware and other cyber threats.
DeepArmor leverages algorithms that allow organizations to detect multiple attack vectors used to breach corporate, government and industrial networks, SparkCognition noted. The solution applies machine learning to the pre-execution detection of weaponized documents like PDFs and Microsoft Office documents without using signatures, heuristics or other control features.
In addition, DeepArmor features a cloud-native, security-as-a-service (SECaaS) architecture, SparkCognition stated. This helps reduce the upfront deployment costs and overall total cost of ownership of DeepArmor in comparison to on-premise endpoint security solutions.
DeepArmor has detected and prevented up to 99.9 percent of never-before-seen cyber attacks, SparkCognition indicated. It also has protected organizations against WannaCry, NotPetya and other global cyber attacks.
