MSSP Solutions Granted and IAM Provider Evo Security Team Up

Businessmen join hands in pieces of white and red jigsaw puzzles, teamwork concepts, business solutions, success concepts and strategies, links and connections.

Solutions Granted, a Top 250 MSSP and "master" MSSP, now offers Evo Security identity and access management (IAM) tools and capabilities to its North American MSP and MSSP partners, according to a prepared statement.

MSPs and MSSPs can use Evo Partner Identity Cloud to deploy and manage login security and privileged access for themselves, their customers and their customers' customers, Evo noted. In doing so, Evo Partner Identity Cloud provides MSPs and MSSPs with a new revenue stream.

Evo Security Joins Forces with ConnectWise, Adds to Its Leadership Team

The Solutions Granted pact comes after Evo in December 2022 partnered with ConnectWise to deliver an IAM platform to IT solution providers. Together, Evo and ConnectWise are providing IT solutions providers with tools that they can use to "secure and streamline access to devices and applications to protect clients' critical assets from security incidents and address compliance requirements," the companies said.

Previously, Evo in November 2022 hired David Powell as its chief revenue officer. Powell is helping Evo fuel its "rapid growth," the company indicated. He has more than 25 years of experience with MSP and SaaS companies, including ConnectWise, LogicMonitor and Perch Security.

A Closer Look at Evo Security

Evo helps MSPs, MSSPs, network operations centers (NOCs) and security operations centers (SOCs) reduce credential-sharing risk and secure logins for endpoints, network devices and web applications, the company noted. The company operates exclusively through its partners and provides two products: Evo Secure Login and Evo Elevated Access.

Secure Login is built for MSPs and their end-user customers, Evo stated. It offers multi-factor authentication (MFA) and single sign-on (SSO) for Windows and Mac endpoints, web applications and network devices.

Elevated Access allows an MSP's service delivery team to access customer devices as an administrator without the need to copy and paste administrative credentials from third-party tools, Evo indicated. As such, Elevated Access removes the risk of sharing, copying and pasting of administrative passwords and MFA codes.

MSPs and MSSPs can join Evo's partner program to integrate the company's IAM capabilities into their portfolios. Evo continues to explore MSP and MSSP partnership opportunities as well.
