MSP Integreon Releases Artificial Intelligence Cyber Incident Response Software, Partners with RadarFirst

AI (Artificial Intelligence) concept. Communication network.

Integreon, an MSP and business, creative, compliance and legal technology solutions company, has debuted its CyberHawk-AI cyber incident response software.

CyberHawk-AI uses artificial intelligence to learn and identify patterns of frequently compromised information, according to Integreon. It highlights these patterns and automates the first-pass review of documents to identify personally identifiable information (PII). From here, cyber review experts perform a next-level review and quality checks.

Organizations can use CyberHawk-AI to "streamline the process of extracting and analyzing sensitive data following cyber breaches," Integreon stated. They also can integrate CyberHawk-AI into their cyber response workflows to speed up the process of reviewing potentially compromised data.

Integreon Unveils RadarFirst Integration

Along with releasing CyberHawk-AI, Integreon has integrated the software into the RadarFirst privacy incident management solution.

The integration automatically uploads a Consolidated Entity List (CEL) into CyberHawk-AI and enters information about a data breach into RadarFirst's privacy incident management solution, Integreon noted. It also provides users with access to a tool that helps them respond to data breaches and fulfill any post-breach obligations.

Both law firms and insurance companies can benefit from the CyberHawk-AI-RadarFirst integration, Integreon indicated. The integration helps law firms reduce the manual effort required to analyze data and make sure it complies with industry regulations. Meanwhile, insurance companies can promote it to their customers to help them reduce the time and costs required to mitigate cyberattacks and data breaches.

Integreon Appoints New CEO

Previously, Integreon in November 2022 named Subroto Mukerji as its CEO. In this role, Mukerji is leading Integreon "into its next phase of growth and innovation," said Rohan Rai, partner at EagleTree Capital (which has a majority stake in Integreon).

Mukerji replaced Rai, who had been serving as Integreon's interim CEO. Prior to joining Integreon, Mukerji served as president of the Americas at Rackspace Technology.

Integreon employs more than 3,500 professionals that deliver managed services to global organizations. The company also offers a partner program.
