What Is Pratum?
Pratum blends information security, IT risk management and compliance, the seller indicated. It offers a variety of information security services, including:
- Digital Forensics: Helps organizations identify, preserve, analyze and present digital evidence.
- Incident Response: Enables organizations to discover and manage security breaches and cyberattacks.

IGI Cybersecurity Unveils Pentesting Service
The Pratum acquisition announcement comes after IGI Cybersecurity in January 2022 unveiled its PenLogic penetration testing service.
PenLogic provides an annual service to support organizations' changing cyber risk exposure, IGI Cybersecurity stated. It helps organizations meet compliance requirements, reduce cyber risk and improve their cyber resiliency.
Along with PenLogic, IGI Cybersecurity offers CISO team-as-a-service, incident response and security assessment services. IGI Cybersecurity does not partner with MSSPs or MSPs but may look to do so in the future.
