U.S.-Russia Meeting: Senior members of the Biden administration’s national security team plan to meet with senior members of the Kremlin following a supply-chain attack that delivered ransomware to as many as 1,500 entities via network management software firm Kaseya, according to White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki. 4. M&A - Cybersecurity: Raxis has acquired Boscloner, a company that develops technology for remotely capturing and cloning electronic security badge data. Boscloner’s products enable penetration testers, security personnel, and law enforcement to access keycard-protected rooms and buildings without authorization and without arousing suspicion from onsite staff, the buyer says.
