Arctic Wolf has rolled out
Incident360 Retainer, a new incident response offering aimed at removing long-standing friction in how organizations plan for and manage cybersecurity incidents. Moving away from the traditional “hourly model,” the Incident360 Retainer introduces a full-coverage approach designed for speed, clarity, and ease of engagement.
Instead of asking teams to forecast how many service hours they’ll need during a breach—or balance limited time between preparation and response—the Incident360 Retainer provides comprehensive coverage from readiness through recovery. It includes pre-incident activities led by Arctic Wolf experts, a centralized incident response (IR) dashboard, and clear service-level agreements, with response times as short as one hour.
The solution is built around reducing operational noise during high-pressure moments. The IR dashboard consolidates critical information—assets, key contacts, planning workflows—into a single hub. Organizations can assess their cyber posture with built-in Cyber Resilience Assessments aligned to frameworks like NIST CSF and CIS Controls. Response runbooks for specific threats—ransomware, business email compromise, and more—offer practical, step-by-step guidance during incidents.
For organizations that want to go deeper on readiness, the Incident360 Retainer Plus tier includes scenario planning and one-on-one advisory sessions to build maturity over time.
Arctic Wolf’s IR team supports organizations through major breaches and high-stakes recovery efforts. That is now packaged into a streamlined, flexible model that gives customers—and their insurance or channel partners—a more predictable way to engage when it matters most.
