AttackIQ has launched a managed security validation service to help cybersecurity teams "proactively uncover gaps in their security controls and take action on remediation recommendations," the company says. The new AttackIQ Vanguard services provides end-customers with:Continuous breach and attack simulation analysis; weekly detailed reports for security, risk, and compliance teams; steps to validate security controls; and automated adversary emulation. The new managed service is based on AttackIQ’s breach and attack simulation technology. The platform leverages a MITRE ATT&CK-aligned library of known adversary behaviors and lets users run security tests in production across the cyberattack kill chain. AttackIQ should be well-funded for the managed security and partner program build-outs. The company in June 2021 raised $44 million in a Series C funding round led by Atlantic Bridge.
