Share

BlackRidge Technology and MAD Security (an MSSP) are preparing to provide a fully managed cybersecurity solution for commercial and federal organizations across the United States, according to a prepared statement.

With the strategic partnership, MAD will integrate, deliver and manage a BlackRidge cyber defense solution, BlackRidge Federal Director Scott Armstrong said. In addition, MAD Security will serve as an official reseller and integrator of BlackRidge's adaptive trust solution for cyber defense and provide both consulting and managed security services for BlackRidge products.

Also, MAD will resell BlackRidge's cyber defense solution to customers in both the commercial and federal markets, MAD Director of Federal Sales Joe Delaney stated. This will enable MAD to deliver advanced solutions to address a wide range of cyber threats, Delaney noted, and could help the business further extend its cybersecurity market reach.

BlackRidge and MAD: Here's What You Need to Know

BlackRidge was founded in 2010 and provides military-grade and patented network security technology. The company leverages an identity-based approach to cybersecurity and offers a cyber defense solution that blocks or redirects unidentified and unauthorized traffic to stop cyberattacks and unauthorized access.

The BlackRidge First Packet Authentication technology helps organizations cloak and protect servers and segment networks, the company noted. It ensures network and server resources are protected against cyber threats, BlackRidge noted, and are less vulnerable than ever before to breaches.

Today, BlackRidge offers a partner program that enables MSSPs, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), resellers and systems integrators (SIs) to deliver its cyber defense solution. This program also provides channel partners with training, technical assistance and sales and marketing support.

MAD offers managed security services to help organizations detect and respond to cybersecurity threats. The company's managed security services portfolio includes:

  • Asset discovery.
  • Behavioral monitoring.
  • Human security behavior assessment.
