Coralogix Secures $115M to Scale AI-Driven Observability and Launch Agentic Assistant ‘Olly’

Coralogix has raised $115 million in Series E funding, crossing the $1 billion valuation mark as it moves to modernize observability with AI at the core. The round was led by NewView Capital, with participation from CPPIB, NextEquity, and existing backers.

The funding will support continued product innovation and go-to-market expansion, including the rollout of Olly, an AI assistant built to surface observability insights across the enterprise, not just for engineering teams.

Observability is no longer just a DevOps concern. As businesses rely more heavily on real-time telemetry data to drive decision-making, Coralogix is betting on agentic AI and a differentiated platform architecture to make that data usable for technical and non-technical users alike.

Olly: From Developer Tool to Enterprise-Wide Intelligence

Coralogix CEO Ariel Assaraf emphasized that Olly marks a new chapter for the company’s platform:

“Olly goes beyond everything we’ve done so far. It connects our platform, integrations, partnerships, and marketplace presence and enables all of these users and capabilities to go one step further. Our aim is to get every Coralogix user leveraging Olly to find the root cause as fast as possible. That includes over 4,000 teams worldwide.”

Slated for general availability in Q3 2025, Olly is designed to transform traditional observability workflows. Instead of sifting through dashboards or running queries, users can ask direct questions, such as “Why is latency increasing in Europe?,” and receive focused, real-time answers. It replaces manual investigation with guided root cause analysis and recommended next steps.

This shift is powered by Coralogix’s core architecture: streaming telemetry processing, infinite retention, remote querying, and a unified syntax across all data types. According to Assaraf:

“Observability is crowded, but Coralogix stands out with a fundamentally different architecture: in-stream processing, infinite retention, remote querying, and a single flat syntax across all telemetry. That makes us a first-class observability platform from day one. Olly takes this further by enabling natural language queries, fast root cause detection, and expert-level insights.”

Scaling Go-to-Market and MSSP Opportunities

With over 300 integrations and a strong presence across cloud marketplaces, Coralogix is positioned to scale quickly. The company sees Olly as the connective tissue uniting its ecosystem of tools and partners.

“We already have 300+ integrations, strong partnerships, and a strong presence across major channels like AWS and Azure,” said Assaraf. “It’s still early to share specifics on the next stage of expansion, but we have big plans in motion for Olly.”

Olly’s potential isn’t limited to internal teams. Coralogix is exploring co-managed and white-label packaging options, especially for managed security service providers (MSSPs).

“Coralogix’s MSSP white-label solution, Snowbit, already operates on the same architecture and supports all things security,” Assaraf noted. “Olly will extend this by analyzing all telemetry, including security data, enabling MSSPs to deliver the most advanced offerings in the market.”

These offerings would allow MSSPs to provide AI-powered observability services across both security and performance, increasing value for customers and expanding the market potential of Coralogix’s platform.

AI Observability for the Next Generation of Application

The funding follows Coralogix’s recent acquisition of Aporia and the launch of its AI Center, both key steps in helping companies manage the growing complexity of AI. As more enterprises roll out generative AI at scale, Coralogix is focused on making sure those systems run reliably, securely, and responsibly.

Olly builds on that foundation. Its architecture gives teams access to rich, real-time telemetry data—processed as it flows, stored safely in their cloud, and available on demand without the usual dashboard hassle.

“AI tools built on data sampling have limited context,” Assaraf explained. “Olly uses Coralogix’s full-fidelity telemetry, processed in-stream and stored in your cloud, then queried remotely, no dashboards required.”
