ISACA, a nonprofit organization that specializes in information security, assurance, risk management and governance, has named David Samuelson as its CEO. Samuelson is expected to explore ways to increase ISACA member value, promote professional learning community opportunities via conferences and chapters and highlight ISACA solutions to global organizations.
Samuelson previously served as CEO of Pinpoint Learning, a global education market consultant. He also has held executive roles at Capstone Publishers, Pearson and GreaterGood.com.
ISACA today offers credentials, education and resources to IT governance professionals. It includes 140,000 members across 220 chapters worldwide.
