“I will be presenting the results of a 12-month qualitative research study on the cybersecurity workforce deficiency problem (2023-2024),” Saylor said. “The study’s results highlight the need develop a more encompassing cybersecurity workforce ecosystem based on standards that align with and map into all of the following stakeholder objectives: industry workforce expectations, higher education degree programs, industry certifications, internships, and professional career planning and pathways.”
