OneLogin Unveils Access Management Platform for Cloud, On-Premise Apps

Share

Identity-as-a-service (IDaaS) provider OneLogin has launched OneLogin Access, a web access management platform for cloud and on-premise applications.

Companies can use OneLogin Access to modify access privileges across all applications in real-time, according to a prepared statement. OneLogin Access also includes software-as-a-service (SaaS) infrastructure that enables businesses to synchronize corporate users and user directories and unify access management for applications, devices and networks.

A Closer Look at OneLogin Access

OneLogin Access uses elastic cloud-managed gateways and agents and a Docker-based deployment model, the company said. The platform features identity integrations that use standard protocols to ensure legacy applications can be secured with a variety of authentication factors, strengthened with adaptive authentication and monitored with out-of-the-box security information and event management (SIEM).

Other OneLogin Access features include:

  • Active Directory integration to limit delays in user onboarding and offboarding and protect customer and employee data from breaches or unauthorized access.
  • Authentication technologies that enable companies to benchmark user behaviors, detect anomalies, mitigate risk and improve security.
  • "Single pane" management console that allows businesses to manage access for on-premise and cloud applications.

OneLogin Access is now available. In addition, OneLogin's MSSP, managed service provider (MSP) and channel partners can help customers implement OneLogin Access across their organizations.

What Is OneLogin?

OneLogin was founded in 2010, and today, offers cloud-based identity and access management (IAM) via the OneLogin Unified Access Management Platform.

The OneLogin Unified Access Management Platform includes various IAM products, such as:

  • Adaptive Authentication: Uses machine learning to craft a set of inputs, including networks, devices, geography and time, to build a user profile to score the risk of new login attempts.
  • Compliance Reporting: Records all user activity and enables businesses to create custom or standard reports to ensure compliance.
  • Mobile Identity: Delivers one-click access to web apps on smartphones and tablets.
  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): Offers policy-based access control for sign-in and password reset based on location, application and user privilege level.
  • Single Sign-On (SSO): Ensures users only have to enter one set of credentials to access their web apps in the cloud and behind a firewall via desktops, smartphones and tablets.

The OneLogin Unified Access Management Platform secures millions of identities for thousands of companies worldwide, according to OneLogin. It also spans both cloud and on-premise environments and unifies applications, devices and users.
