Qualys has enhanced its channel partner program for its cloud-based security solutions. The program includes the Qualys Cloud Platform and more than 20 IT, security and compliance apps, the company indicated.

Qualys mentioned four key partner program perks. Partners can:

  1. Identify new customer opportunities gain "structured benefit" and deal protection capabilities.
  2. Pursue technical certifications to "deliver value through professional and consulting services."
  3. Align with the market segment that most ideally fits their business model (for example, MSSP, MSP, VAR, distributor, etc.).
  4. Leverage the Qualys Cloud Platform to gain "continuous visibility into today's ever expanding threat landscape."

Qualys Touts XDR, Remediation Capabilities

The updated channel partner program comes after Qualys in February 2022 unveiled its Context XDR (eXtended detection and response) solution and advanced remediation capabilities for the Qualys Cloud Platform.

Context XDR leverages the Qualys Cloud Platform to combine asset inventory and vulnerability context and network and endpoint telemetry from Qualys sensors with threat intelligence and third-party log data, the company said.

Meanwhile, Qualys Cloud Platform's advanced remediation capabilities let security teams fix asset misconfigurations, patch operating systems and third-party applications and deploy software, the company stated.

Qualys delivers security and compliance solutions to over 10,000 customers globally. It also partners with many of the world's largest MSSPs.

The security company is expected to announce quarterly results on May 4, 2022.
