SOCRadar is
expanding its Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) program with a focus on operational efficiency and intelligent automation. At the core of the latest update is free AI Agent and Automation Training, designed to help MSSPs streamline threat workflows, scale services across clients, and deliver faster incident response—without requiring a full technology overhaul.
The new training is platform-agnostic, allowing MSSPs to design and deploy AI-powered workflows regardless of the security stack they currently use.
“We understand that people want to use the AI tools they already know—whether it's ChatGPT, Gemini, or other popular platforms,” said
Huzeyfe Onal, CEO of SOCRadar. “Our trainings demonstrate how commonly used AI tools can be applied to cybersecurity and threat intelligence use cases, empowering MSSPs to save time, boost efficiency, and enhance their services in addition to other technologies.”
SOCRadar’s AI agents, embedded in its
Extended Threat Intelligence (XTI) platform, automate tasks across SOC, threat intelligence, and vulnerability management functions. Unlike static scripts, these agents use large language models and contextual logic to carry out multi-step actions like enrichment, correlation, and prioritization. MSSPs can define operational goals and constraints, while the agents handle the execution—reducing analyst workload while accelerating response across multiple tenants.
The update also brings enhancements such as multi-tenant licensing, MSSP-specific threat intelligence use cases, and a centralized Multi-Tenant Management Console. For smaller clients with limited budgets, automation becomes especially valuable.
“SOCRadar was founded with a clear vision: to make threat intelligence more accessible and actionable for everyone,” said Onal. “By equipping our partners with the tools and knowledge to adopt AI effectively, we're continuing to make threat intelligence more accessible—this time, through the transformative power of automation.”
This isn’t just about technology but about redefining service delivery. “Time is money, and by automating workflows with AI and improving operational efficiency, MSSPs can reduce costs and accelerate their response to cyber threats,” Onal added. That translates to more responsive services, better protection for SMBs, and improved profitability for MSSPs.
As threat environments grow more complex, MSSPs face increasing pressure to scale without increasing headcount. SOCRadar’s AI-driven approach addresses this head-on. “Internally, data sets that once took our research team weeks or even months to analyze can now be interpreted in just hours,” said Onal. “This transformation frees analysts from time-consuming processes, allowing them to focus on higher-impact, strategic work.”
By integrating automation, multi-tenant support, and hands-on AI training into its MSSP program, SOCRadar is helping service providers navigate the growing demands of modern cybersecurity with tools designed to scale as fast as threats evolve.
