Venafi, Difenda Announce ServiceNow ITSM Security Integration

Share

Venafi, a machine identity protection solutions provider, has integrated its Trust Protection Platform with the Difenda ServiceNow IT service management (ITSM) platform. Difenda also has created the Difenda Machine Identity Protection for ServiceNow solution, which provides organizations with self-service access to the Trust Protection Platform via ServiceNow ITSM.

The Venafi-Difenda integration enables organizations to use the Trust Protection Platform within the ServiceNow interface for machine identity protection and delivery of certificates-as-a-service, the companies said. In addition, the integration ensures that organizations can access ServiceNow request forms without new training and workflows to automate key and certificate requests.

Furthermore, the Venafi-Difenda integration provides ServiceNow users with access to machine identities, along with customizable workflows that automate protection of keys and certificates, the companies noted. This enables ServiceNow users to deploy machine identity protection services across all levels of their respective organizations.
