Cisco is expanding its Cisco 360 partner program by introducing new incentives and capabilities designed to accelerate artificial intelligence adoption and cross-architecture sales, according to a recent report by CRN.
The networking giant is refining its platform to remain agile as market demands shift. Key updates include increased Cisco Partner Incentive rates, such as a 50% boost in annual contract value growth rewards and doubled adoption incentives. To encourage cross-selling, Cisco is offering a 2% bonus for partners expanding into new architectures, including Splunk. The company is also launching a new Cisco IQ adoption incentive to reward partners for customer onboarding and telemetry integration. New tools, such as the Cisco Partner Experience Platform deal estimator and a beta version of the One Cisco Content Agent, aim to streamline operations.
Furthermore, Cisco is creating dedicated paths for advisors and developers through new Partner Value Indexes. These changes reflect a broader strategy to push partners toward comprehensive, cross-architecture capabilities, requiring them to integrate networking, data center, security, and observability practices. Partners like Trace3 and World Wide Technology have noted that these adjustments align financial incentives with evolving business models, ultimately driving profitability while fostering deeper collaboration across technical teams.
