Westcon-Comstor and Palo Alto Networks launch partner growth program

Westcon-Comstor and Palo Alto Networks have launched a new initiative designed to tie partner support directly to business performance across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, according to Channel Insider.

The program, known as the Partner Growth Circle, was announced on Oct. 27. It integrates joint business planning, technical enablement, demand-generation funding, and quarterly performance reviews for selected channel partners. By aligning resources with specific sales objectives, the initiative aims to help resellers and service providers strengthen their Palo Alto Networks portfolios.

Participating partners will work with Westcon-Comstor to identify priority solutions and target accounts, with access to benefits like services workshops and certification support contingent upon meeting agreed-upon goals. The distributor will leverage its Intelligent Demand program, which uses predictive data analysis to identify high-probability sales opportunities. This initiative builds on the existing relationship between the two companies, following the recent refresh of the Palo Alto Networks NextWave Partner Program.

While the companies have not disclosed specific performance thresholds or funding amounts, the move reflects a broader industry shift toward services-led distribution. By focusing on partners capable of demonstrating measurable results, Westcon-Comstor and Palo Alto Networks intend to foster sustainable growth in the competitive cybersecurity market as organizations adapt to evolving AI-related security requirements.
